This is the 3rd time I have ordered flowers because of the great experience and quality is the reason I keep coming back.
The only problem was that you didn't show the $15 service charge until I was completely through with the order. If I had known before hand that the service charge was so high, I would not have placed the order. Now I don't have time to place an order with another company. I do like your flower selections though...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
