I ordered the tulips for an Aunt. It was delivered in a box, with a vase in the box.
The website said that it was "delivered in a clear vase", not "with" a clear vase.
This should be clarified as I thought it would be "ready to go" for her to display.
The tulips drooped for about 5-6 hours, then finally perked up.

After reading the reviews I should feel blessed that I actually received the flowers that I ordered. However with delivery I paid $75 and the order that I received was worth about 30.
For a friend in New Jersey, I ordered a bouquet of flowers in vase together with another friend who also lives in the Netherlands. The flowers arrived on time. My friend found them very beautiful. The were a bit different from the website (looked more purple then blue) but they also looked very lovely.
So far it was a quick and easy prosscess you.My mother was the recipient and she thought they were beautiful so I was pleased.

I ordered the tulips for my mother who's in assisted living. She was thrilled with them.
Some of the flowers had been smashed up by the balloon strings. The biggest balloon was not tied to the vase correctly, it flew away after it was delivered.

This is my second order placed with From You Flowers. I am amazed by how easy the ordering process is and how lovely the last bouquet I ordered was. My mom and sister were so thrilled with them. This time, my sister was also thrilled and said they were perfect! I was surprised that they arrived the day before the holiday, but it was all good.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
