Haven't seen basket I ordered yet. Set to friend.
I ordered this basket for my parents who live in another state so I didn't actually see the delivered product myself. However, my sister who was visiting them and my parents all were very please and commented about the large amount of fruit in the basket. They said it was very good quality and it seemed as if they received much more than I had expected based on the photo on the website. I ordered the basket on a Friday night and they received it the next day. My only disappointment was that the photo showed the fruit in a wicker basket with a handle (which I thought would be appropriate since the gift was for Easter). But the product was delivered in a bowl of undetermined material...not plastic and not glass).
First time user. Impatient and picky but I was suppressed with the service and their were no salespeople involved. Only spoke to the delivery driver who was professional and courteous when he made the delivery.

Thanks to Fromyouflowers.com my daughter and her family received a delightful tulip bouquet and balloons delivered the very next day-- the Saturday before Easter! They live in southeastern Idaho and the FTD site said the very same flowers could not be delivered until the following Tuesday!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
