I ordered flowers at (what I thought was a good price) for my daughter's wedding anniversary. By the time they added cost of weekend delivery, a vase, service charge, etc cost was way expensive.
They sent the flowers in the wrong color and more importantly, wrong size vase. It was too big and swallowed the flowers. They looked like someone just threw them in a vase. Not arranged at all. I was very disappointed, but this happened to me before with another online florist. Got a coupon for another order from this other florist, but big deal. Damage is already done.
Moral of story, use a good and trusted local florist who cares what you think about the product and service they provide.
The people I send the flowers to love them and if they do I'm happy.

Delivered late and looked nothing like what I ordered. Very disappointed. Flowers For You did refund the expedited shipping charge and had no control over what the florist sent, but I was very disappointed with their florist. I paid way too much for what my friend actually received.

Did not like the up charges at all to promise morning delivery and oher charges where not explained which made the cost even higher. No matter what the discount appears to be to save the customer money the average cost is still high compared to your competition. I think in order to provide outstanding service. Your prices should be better priced so customers would become more loyal to shop this site.

There are many fine floral arrangements to choose from and for a fair price. There was no hidden fees or "scammy" membership signups like 1-800-Flowers. It was just honest business. The delivery was on time and the recipient was very pleased... which I appreciated.
