If I knew the shipping was going to be 14.99 on each arrangement I wouldn't have ordered it. I won't order from here again, and please take me off the email list. I also clicked yes to emails to save 20% which is misrepresented because the 20% that you think you will save is already marked down on the list prices and isn't an additional 20% like advertised. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
