Flowers were beautiful but were not full like the picture. Most of the large roses were also missing.

Price is a lot better than other sites! At least a $15-20 difference.

Delivery fee seemed hidden from order until very end. Would be good to know up front what those costs would be.

You delivered my mother flowers that weren't even opened yet. They were still closed and looked wilted. Sadly, my mother is happy obviously since her daughter sent her flowers for Easter but overall they were very depressed looking.
Not too happy.

My only difficulty was completing the form from the UK. I had to enter a US state for this to go through despite using Pay Pal.

Can get a little expensive when you have to pay for shipping and handling, it's cheaper to go to a local florist. Your website guarantees the roses would last at least 7 days but on the fifth day they were dying. Horrible product.

I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Saturday, March 26. Instead, they were delivered on Friday, March 25.

The plant arrangement was just as attractive as flowers, but better than flowers as they won't wither and die as flowers do. My daughter put the arrangement on her Easter table. The added balloons were a hit with the children, and the chocolates were of exceptional high quality. I am very pleased with my choice, the ease of ordering and the delivery.

Although the flowers which were delivered were different from the picture, my mother was completely satisfied with the bouquet of flowers she received.
