Quick and easy and fast delivery
It was quick, easy. Very user friendly.
This was my daughter's first year not being home on her birthday. I wanted to still make it special. She got the flowers which were not like the boquet in the picture and I even up graded it. There weren't that many flowers and what was there, looked like they weren't going to last long. She also said it looked like the leaves were eaten by bugs. The arrangement did not look professionally done at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
It was easy and my Grandma was so happy with her flowers!

Ordering was very simple, delivery time was outstanding, and the bouquet was beautiful. I don't feel the delivered bouquet was as advertised, especially given that I had upgraded to the delux arrangement. I have submitted an inquiry to customer service to look into the order further and am awaiting a response.

One of my orders was delivered to the wrong address, but overall everything was okay.
I paid to have my order delivered on the day I placed the order. They didn't arrive. The next day I called customer service and was on hold for 5 minutes before talking to a person. Then I was put on hold while he investigated what happened to my order. He came back on the line and told me the problem was with the florist and that my order would be upgraded and delivered today. I think the amount I paid for same day delivery should have been refunded.
My order was a day late, and did not include the apology note I was told would accompany my late order, and the delivery time I requested was not observed, and the flowers were just left outside to be stolen or destroyed since we were told there would be thunderstorms in our area today! I am very displeased with all of it!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
