The checkout process was easy, however, the delivery driver left the flowers and chocolate at the bottom on the driveway. If it wasnt for the dogs barking my wife wouldnt have known they were all the way out there. The attached message had several very obvious typos that I did not make when I submitted my order. For example not putting spaces between certain words. Great website, not great florists.

The floral I ordered should have been in a mason jar with mason on the jar like the picture shown and the card was hand written and not in the best writing. I would have preferred it to be typed

I purchase an arrangement for my daughter and it was beautiful. It looked exactly what I ordered. Flowers were fresh! She loved it and so did I. I would order from them again! Beautiful!

My friend that received the flowers thanked me by text, she is grieving the loss of her father. She said they made her smile. Even though I didn't see the flowers it made her happy for a moment and that was worth it.
I also liked that they got to her before 5pm...earlier than the quoted delivery time.:-)

The crummy little grocery-store-looking bouquet looked nothing like the photo shown on the website: It was about half the size, had completely different flowers (pink carnations, pink/white roses, boston fern), and was in a completely different vase (tall rather than short/round). The website showed at least a dozen orange roses, which was my reason for ordering. The only thing they got right was the balloon, which is why I gave them even one star. I will never order from this site again.
