I was a little surprised at the $14.99 service charge that didn't show up until the last screen. That info should have been provided much earlier in the ordering process. But in the end, the recipient of the flowers was pleased with the arrangement.
The product was ordered for same day delivery, that sadly did not happen and then they also did not get it to the hospital prior to her being discharged. Thankfully I was able to get it delivered to her home, but it was no easy task it involved several emails and phone calls to customer service. In the end also, I was told I would get a follow-up call to confirm delivery in 20 minutes, I never got that. And for some odd reason the florist left the flowers in the car of the recipient, even when I requested they only be left with a person. As it was having the florist enter another persons car was rather rude, but it also was not I instructed. I was not happy with the experience with From You Flowers at all.
I ordered and paid for the medium size arrangement and got the small. I also paid extra for early delivery and it arrived slightly outside that window, so I may not pay to expedite again. All in all, my wife was happy but I was a little surprised.
The Basket did not look like what i ordered it was totally different to the picture on the website. So i was a bit disappointed because the photo on the website looked so much better. But my Aunt was happy with them so that is all that matters.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
