My order was upgraded to premium. When I received the photo of the flowers my sister received, I was quite disappointed. First of all, the regular order which was much less expensive showed several roses and lilies. The PREMIUM order my sister received had ONE lily and THREE roses. That's premium? What would have been in a regular order? Also, they were to be in a clear vase, not a bright red one! Also, the flower was called "Bright Blue Skies bouquet"...yellow roses, white lilies and blue delphinium. There was NOTHING blue in the bouquet...just purple. Very disappointed. If I had ordered the "regular" bouquet, I wouldn't complain but for the PREMIUM, I was quite dissatisfied. I won't use your service again.
I received a delivery confirmation only to discover the birthday flowers I ordered were never really delivered. I sent a text and a follow-up phone call to customer service and the flowers were sent a day late. Customer service person Lisa credited the same day delivery fee back to me as well as a gift card as a goodwill gesture. The question remains that if I hadn't called, would the flowers have ever been delivered? I will think twice before using them again.
I called customer service twice and although the agents were professional and helpful, the connection, ultimately, was broken preemptorily during the call. Th At being said all else was fine. Thank yo u.

The delivery I paid extra for was over an hour later than the guaranteed time. Although that was displeasing, I am pleased with the speedy response from this company to refund the money I paid for early delivery. Also, the birthday floral arrangement and balloon were lovely.

I ordered a premium gourmet meat and cheese basket...1 meat and 2 cheese and the rest was junk food like 25 cent chips cracker jacks and peanut butter crackers and nuts...VERY VERY UNHAPPY!
Everything was as ordered and delivered on time.
The flowers came as advertised and it was great having same day delivery. The wife loved then but I recommend calling if you need to get ahold of someone as in my experience they do not respond to you via email.
The flowers were a birthday present to a family member. I was speaking with the family member when the doorbell rang. I was so happy that they rang the bell and didn't just leave them. The family member took a photo of the flowers and they were beautiful - exactly as pictured. Thanks!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
