It was good overall. Would've liked a picture of what I sent, as the regular option didn't include a picture. I would also have liked that the advertised price match the picture. I found that the "regular" price was listed for all arrangements, but the picture shown was of the upgrade.

I placed my order for delivery to a friend's house in Delaware. I paid $5 extra to ensure delivery by noon today since the family was leaving for the funeral home for a 3pm memorial service start. I got word via email that the plant was received. The time on the email was something after 1pm. I gave a 4-star rating for the product though I have no idea what it actually looked like.

Chosen bouquet shown as,reduced price of 31.99, ended up being 54.98. You should state next to flower price, price as shown increases in addition to shipping and handling. Much better to know in advance

I paid extra for express delivery and the flowers were late. The florist also delivered the wrong flowers to my friend's room. She told them they were not for her and they had to retrieve the correct flowers. Also, the bouquet delivered was half the size of the one advertised on your website and not nearly as beautiful. The colors of the flowers were not vibrant and bright. Even the bow was pale. Not what I wanted to brighten my friend's stay in the hospital. I'm very disappointed. I did not get what I paid for. If I had not had a coupon code for free shipping/ delivery, I would be furious. I will NOT recommend your company. Apparently the florist you chose was sub-par.
