Very quick and easy to order, however the flowers that were received did not look as full as the ones in the picture.
Everything went well very good experience.
Paid for same day delivery, later received a call that they could not find a florist in the area (large city) to accommodate the order. They would deliver next day, I would receive the same day delivery fee back, they would upgrade the floral arrangement and they would apologize to the recipient. No apology received, flowers didn't look upgraded but we're pretty. Disappointing as it was my parents 65th anniversary.
Very disappointing.,I paid for same day delivery (which they did refund) only to get a call at the end of the day saying they had no sunflowers (my order was upgraded and should have contained at least 5) but would get them first thing in the am and deliver. They delivered them the NEXT AFTERNOON AT 4:00 and not one sunflower in the bouquet! Never again; I don't recommend!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
