Shipping was alittle high in my opinion. It was $14.99.
I was very dissatisfied with the size of the arrangement I received in relate to the price I paid. I figured it would be much bigger. The size of the arrangement compared to those hand held pre-made flowers already wrapped you can go into a store and purchase without a vase or $10 or $12 dollars. The total on my order was $49 and change.
The way the floral arrangement came in was different in fullness of the flowers I ordered. Also I posted for delivery before 12 the order didn't get their until after 2. Please don't say it will be there by a certain time frame and then not come through on that. I will find another service next time.
The recipient liked her flowers, although I expected it to be a little more like the photo on your web-site. I also feel that the shipping costs is a bit over priced.
The shipping cost was only $5 less than the order which is quite ridiculous. The flowers were not even worth the price that I paid. I would be better off getting flowers from the local grocery store

Quick easy ordering; however, very disappointing. The arrangement was so bare I was embarrassed and there was NO card delivered with it. It was also supposed to be all red and some of the flowers included were pink.
I had placed another order the day before this one for a less expensive arrangement and never received a confirmation e-mail or order number but thankfully those flowers were delivered, while not completely as described were acceptable and thankfully with a card.
I just want to say "Thank You". My order was delivered on time and I was very happy. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. Should the time arrive again, I will certainly contact you again. Was very pleased with your services.

But I paid for premium flowers and was disappointed in the size of the arrangement. Not a premium arrangement it was almost less then standard.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
