This order was for my mother-in-law's birthday. She lives in Florida. Flowers were delivered at 5:05 pm. Most of day gone. Flowers not what I ordered. Ordered Blue Skies Bouquet and rainbow roses were delivered in a box. While l was ordering, l did not see any information about "flowers will not be in a vase" when delivered. I am highly disappointed with whole experience.
