I ordered a mostly purple arrangement, because my daughter had emergency surgery and purple is her favorite color - it was supposed to have lavender roses, lavender stock, pink stock, lavender etched glass vase - what we got: pink roses, a little bit of lavender stock, white stock, with a pink vase - VERY disappointed.
I even paid the extra to have a larger bouquet, and am extremely disappointed with it.

First time ordering, it was easy. Tracking however was very confusing and wouldn't give you updates. Contacting a reoresentative via phone was impossible to get a hold of. But you will get a response if you email. Order was delivered a little late but I heard the flowers came out beautiful from recipient.
Pleasant experience
First time using this service and would like to give servery thoughts after the delivery to see how the bouquet looked and how the delivery went.
Delivered a day late and I wasn't notified. I called and found out the delay was due to florist not having the correct flowers to due the requested bouquet. Customer service upgraded the arrangement for next day delivery which worked out in the end.
I loved the service and the options. Our gift of flowers was delivered within 2 hours of submitting the order. That was impressive. A little frustrating with the "end" price due to the fees that are added on, but the flowers did arrive amazingly fast and the picture I saw from the receiver looked pretty much like the picture on the site, with the exception that many of the flowers had not completely opened yet. That's ok though because I know the flowers will last longer!
I would buy from From You Flowers again and I would also recommend to friends and family! Overall, I am happy!
