Received a call to say order could not be filled as ordered and delivered on time, so I agreed to changes and the order was still delivered later than the stated delivery time.

The flowers were delivered on time to the Birthday Dinner restaurant and looked great. HOWEVER the local florist did not provide ample packaging to accommodate the cold weather and the flowers wilted when they were transported to the recipients home. Too bad the Lillies only lasted a day due to the cold weather shock.

Upgraded order, the flowers, arrangement size, and entire gift did not measure up to what I ordered, paid forat check out when you've gone through all the stuff required and at check out get hit with fees and handling charges not anticipated, at least the flowers should be what you wanted and paid for not what my Sister recieved in another State. Won't make this mistake again, and will make sure I let my family and reciepient know it wasn't what I thought it would be, and will warn others who seem to be having the same problems with trusting businesses to provide their part of the what should be, mutual benefit. I placed my order at 10am to be delivered at the funeral home and they delivered them same day around 1:00-2:00. Only a few hours! I was worried that I may have placed my order too late but was so relived when I got the delivery confirmation email. Very happy I went with this site. I also saved close to $15-20 on same arrangement. I will use them again.
