I'd like to recommend sending a picture of the final bouquet to the purchaser so that they have an idea of what was actually received. And, having an approximate time of delivery would be helpful as well. I am overall very, very pleased with the service. Thank you!
The order was completely wrong. The flowers that we ordered wasn't the same as the local florist designed. When I called your customer service about the issue they said the local florist ran out of yellow roses. Neither your florist or the local florist called me to let me know about running out of the yellow roses to see if I still wanted the order. I really deserve the full amount back. I'm fully dissatisfied and will probably never use your florist company again.

I needed a bouquet for daughter and one for granddaughter who are in quarantine and chose this site nearest their homes. Easy to complete order. Hope the flowers are fresh and delivered today.
I sent our granddaughter a text asking if she received the flowers. I had an email saying they had been delivered. She had not received them and it was almost 5 pm. I called the 800 number and a very polite man checked on both orders. She received them within the next hour.
Both daughter and granddaughter liked the flowers and said they were very nice! I thought the florist was in the town where the granddaughter lived...but when I asked the man on the phone, he did not tell me where their location was. All is well.

This is the third time I ordered this arrangement. The first time it was beautiful and identical to the picture it was for a friend in Alexandria The second time it was not even close. It was Denver and snowing so I understand but yesterday's order was again different. I paid for an upgrade but it doesn't appear to be one. I do like you service and price but it would be an improvement if your vendors tried a little harder to deliver what is ordered
The delivery was late. The balloons did not have helium in them.
