It was easy to select a flower & easy to order it. The flower was even delivered ahead of the scheduled time. I was a bit disappointed in the flowers that were delivered. I ordered Pretty Please SKU-TEV-12-4 as a premium selection. Unfortunely, the flowers that were delivered, according to my brother's description, were not what I had ordered or for that matter even close to the premium size ordered.
