I was a little confused when I got the flowers as they did not look like the flowers I ordered until I realized the lilies had not bloomed yet. They are absolutely gorgeous!
I do have a question about another order I placed. The week prior to this order I had placed an order to be sent to a funeral in Wisconsin, but I never received a confirmation that they had been sent or received like I got with my second order. I tried to confirm with the family but they said there were hundreds of arrangements and couldn't confirm for me right away. Do you send a confirmation of delivery email with every delivery? I also did not receive a customer satisfaction survey for that order as I did with with my second order. Could you please research this for me. Thank you so much for your time.
