Was not delivered when I ask them to. Was a balloon that said happy birthday instead of get well. Will not use this service again.
The flowers sis not look like the picture. Flowers were missing. Very disappointed. I tried you has another source however I will go back to ProFlowers.

I just want my girl to be happy. I paid $3 for same day delivery only to find that the delivery was not made. Customer service phone number was terrible I stayed on the line for an act two days in a row and no one picked up the phone. All I got was an impersonal email from one of the customer service representative stating how apologetic they were. The CSR told me that they would be sending an apology letter with the flowers, big surprise that they forgot to do that too. I would rather go out myself and buy flowers then to work with this company again anytime soon.
No option for adding UK billing address. Transaction seems to have gone through by selecting Other for state but should be able to select country as UK.
The arrangement didn't look like the picture. It was a sympathy dish garden for a man and I didn't like the feminine/springy green ribbon. There was no ribbon in picture but if I had known there would be ribbon I would have like patriotic ribbon. But the recipient loved the arrangement and had no knowledge of the pictures arrangement and I didn't have any issues with the quality, just not what I expected. The recipient did like very much and great delivery time.

I went to a different website that had the same flowers they tried to tell me over the phone that it was $70 + came to this site reviews for the flowers I wanted are all good. I'm def going to create an account for this website. The flowers looked perfect!

I was initially pleased with the ordering process - until my expedited service never happened. The flowers were finally delivered late in the day after I was guaranteed delivery by noon.
I've used this service many times in the past. They have never let me down, and the recipients always love the flowers. My only gripe is that sometimes when you pay for the expedited (before noon service) it does not get delivered within that time frame. Thankfully the person to whom I had them delivered to in those instances was there in the evening. Customer service though is excellent, and I received a refund for the extra amount paid for expedited delivery when it was not met.
Nothing is said about a handling fee until check out. Seems a bit underhanded to me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
