I did call fromyouflowers.com and talked to a customer service rep. And they said they would contact the florist and have the card sent out to the recipient. Embarrassing to say the least for me.
Delivery was fast but the arrangement I order was not what was delivered the picturesend online does not match what was recieved.
Flowers were nothing like picture, not worth what I paid. I could have picked them up at Kroger for $8

EASY PEASY - quick, great selection, and fair prices. Flowers were delivered quickly. I had to call the next day to get a status as the Florist had not provided an update. The agent I spoke with was kind and quickly offered to call the florist to provide me a status. I will buy from again. It was very nice to be able to order same day delivery!

The bouquet was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and I received a confirmation they were - but they were not. They were delivered today. Also, I was on hold forever trying to speak to someone about this yesterday. Very annoying, especially when a recorded voice comes on every 2 seconds to tell you someone will be right with you.

I was disappointed in the $14 handling fee after already paying a $2.99 same day fee & a $4.99 expedited order fee and then see another $14.00? Very disapointing!
Very easy to navigate site. Nice selection of arrangements. The arrangement that was delivered was what I expected, and was there when promised. It was, however, left on my front steps. If there was no one at home to accept it, I would have preferred it to be left on my back steps or with my neighbor, who is home during the day.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
