This is the day I ordered-Easy to use site and I will return. This is the day it was delivered- Now the only complaint I have is that the flowers were to be delivered in the AM (which I paid extra for) and they were not. When I contact fromyouflowers they were very kind, checked on the problem, refunded my extra fee and gave me a $10.00 gift card. I am ok with that and they were very nice to talk to.

One main reason, you don't over charge your customers for delivery & vase. Some other sites are unreal to deal with after your original purchase, they add additional things left & right. I will definitely use you again and will tell my friends about you.

IT'S MY FIRST TIME SO WE'LL SEE HOW THE FLOWERS LOOK WHEN THEY ARRIVE...BUT THE SELECTION WAS VERY GOOD & THE SITE IS VERY EASY TO NAVIGATE. OK, SO I PURCHASED SAME DAY SERVICE AT 8AM AND THEY SAID MY RECIPIENT WAS NOT HOME IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN THEY WENT TO DELIVER THEM AND THAT THEY CALLED TO MAKE SURE NO ONE WAS HOME, HOWEVER THE PHONE NUMBER GIVEN TO CALL WAS MINE, "AND THEY NEVER CALLED!" NOW MIND YOU THIS IS THE FLORIST SAYING THIS, SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS NOT HAPPY AND IT GOT DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING DAY, AND WAS NOT THE SURPRISE FOR WHICH WE PAID FOR, GRRR. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

Seamless transaction from start to finish. Quality product(s) and beautiful flowers. Far superior to the "Other" popular online florist. Would like to see a discounted service fee for the second product going to the *same* address. I sent two different items to the same address but was charged two service fees.
