Best value after research online. The process was easy and fast and they have same and next day delivery! Good reviews so ordered birthday bouquet & chocolates for the next day and sympathy bouquet with vase and delux fruit basket same day for important people in our lives. Was worried if the flowers and chocolates would please and reach on time. Guess wasted time worrying. Not only did the flowers, chocolates, fruit, packaging pleased but wowed! They arrived on time which was crucial.Thank you, thank you, thank you! The only thing I wished I had more info on the stem size, freshness, the quantity, size on box of chocolates though in advance. So less worry. The other thing is I was charged shipping and handling separately for the sympathy bouquet and fruit basket that was going to the same address. Overall I am very pleased with the service and products and highly recommend fromyouflowers.com!

Ordered a bear, flowers & balloons for my granddaughter coming home from hospital. Supped to be delivered by noon( paid extra) at 7 pm still not delivered so called waited on hold for 12:44 minutes before they inform me they can't deliver but she can go pick up? I paid for delivery WTH? Then told them NO & had to argue to get a refund ( hope I actually get it) my granddaughter waited all day de her special gift that never came!
