Flowers ordered fir anniversary were supposed to be mostly orange and peach instead we received mostly red and dark pink! Only one orange rose in entire arrangement! It was a huge disappointment! We were given a 20% refund but that doesn't even cover the delivery charge. My wife always says to just get her flowers from supermarket because these are too expensive but I wanted to treat her because she sent flowers to her sick sister and I thought it would be a nice surprise for our anniversary!

Love how easy the process is from my iPhone! However, I sent this to my niece in VA. For the amount of money I paid, the least I expected was for the arrangement to look like the arrangement I ordered. It did not. There were no sunflowers, and it looked like a bunch of tiny wild flowers.
So far so good, I personally wish there were more options for cheaper shipping. I have never bought flowers online before so I may have over looked something for that option.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
