I ordered a medium bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister in Columbia, Mo. When she sent me the picture of the arrangement it had very few flowers. It did not represent the picture at all! For almost $70.00 I thought it would at least be a bouquet. Which it was not! What I saw in the picture were a few flowed with lots of greenery. Disappointed.

Really easy! I was a little surprised at how much service/handling was, though. It felt a little tricky, like, "It's not going to cost over $40 dollars!" and then "Oh. Wait. Yes it is." And $50 for a little bear with a balloon seems like a lot...and it's true, I'm sending it the same day, and maybe that's just the cost of doing it the same day. So there's that. :D

They sent me a picture of the flowers- they were lovely but there were no blue flowers, only yellow and white, so quite different from the picture. The teddy bear was cuter and softer looking than I expected. I don't know anyone in Albuquerque except the people I sent flowers to, so unlikely that I would recommend your company to others. Except for the colors, I'm quite happy with the order and the service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
