Easy to Order, Selection is Nice
Considering that this was not the smallest of the arrangements, I did expect a fuller arrangement. I have ordered the same arrangement in the past and it was much fuller.
I AM ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED BEYOND WORDS! I ORDERED A MULTI-PLANT BASKET THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL (ACCORDING TO THE PHOTO) AND MY RECIPIENT RECEIVED A SMALL VERSION OF SOMETHING THAT DIDN'T RESEMBLE WHAT I CHOSE AT ALL! AND, IN ADDITION, I PAID EXTRA TO GET AN UPGRADED VERSION "DELUXE" OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT! I ORDERED WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE "THE EUROPEAN GARDEN" BASKET, WHICH IN THE PHOTO WAS AN ELEGANT BASKET WITH SEVERAL BEAUTIFUL PLANTS ARTFULLY AND TASTEFULLY ARRANGED. MY RECIPIENT SENT ME A PHOTO OF A VERY SIMPLE LOOKING SPARCELY PLANTED BASKET WITH SEVERAL UNATTRACTIVE FLOWERS RANDOMLY STUCK IN A SIMPLE BASKET! I PAID ALMOST $75 AND AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET REGARDING THIS! THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS! I DESERVE A FULL REFUND AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN! Great flowers and delivery
All good. I had ordered any tine delivery. Then I found the recipient would be out later in the day. Emailed to ask if I could pay for guaranteed am and advised to call.
Used Skype to call from New Zealand where I live. After a short hold was told they would waive the cost of the guaranteed am delivery on this occasion. Couldn't ask for better service and the recipient loves the flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
