I paid extra for the delivery by noon, but the recipient said they were not delivered until 3pm. Also, I chose an arrangement that had open yellow lilys. None of the blooms were open at time of delivery. The arrangement looked like a few roses and lots of greenery. I know it will be beautiful in a few days when the 11 buds open, but it didn't look at all pretty today when it was delivered.
