Our fruit basket was purchase for one of our employees who's family member pasted away. He was very pleased with the basket and the variety of items in it. He said it was so big and full that his 10 year old son could not take it from the delivery person because it was so heavy. I would like to believe it raised the families sprite a little bit at this tough time in their lives.
I enjoyed being able to customize my order, however, if you try to buy more than one flower it will not stay in your cart, which will prevent people from buying multiple flowers.
I had asked for same day delivery but the flowers were not delivered until the following day. When I called to check on the order the lady who talked to me was very concerned and nice and gave me credit for not receiving the flowers on the same day. This was all very much appreciated.

Simple ordering process overall and easy to navigate site. Delivery was unexpectedly delayed by a day, but customer service was gracious in informing me and accommodating by refunding the same-day delivery charge.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
