The bouquet of flowers I ordered looked nothing like what was delivered! I even paid for the "premium" size! Paid almost $80 for flowers I could have gotten from a supermarket. So disappointed.
Refrigerated in a box to be assembled is not how to deliver flowers.
Easy to use and I ordered the Florist's choice so I got the flowers for 19.99 plus delivery. Otherwise when you order flowers at a regular price you may get sticker shock when delivery and other charges are put in place.

I was very disappointed with the flowers. The arrangement did not resemble the image displayed on the site at all. I was completely embarrassed when I saw a picture of the bouquet ye delivered to my sister in law. It looked totally unprofessional. For a $45 bouquet which ended up costing $60 I was completely dissatisfied. Not good enough.
