I thought I had ordered tye dye roses but that's not what came.
Ordered online in NYC, flowers were delivered to my mother in Arizona. They arrived early in the day and were very pretty!

Pricing is deceiving until the order is ready for processing. The $15.00 service doesn't show until the very last screen. At that point, after spending 15 minutes to do the order you have the consumer roped into it.
Thought the chocolates were variety or just chocolate. My mother was given key lime filled candy which she as most people do not like.
It was a little disappointing to pay the extra money for delivery before noon and not have the delivery come in time. Additionally when my wife was called and told the order would be late, it ruined the surprise of the flowers.

This was a gift, the recipient sent a picture, I boughtt the median priced versions d expected more flowers in the bouquet!

Picture displayed on website showed a purple and lilac arrangement; the flowers received by my wife are beautiful; just not sure they represent the picture advertised. Overall; very very nice!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
