My son and his wife received the planter the same day as ordered and that was awesome, he sent a pic of the planter and it appeared to be almost like what I had chosen from your website. I wish it would have had the lilly like plant as shown in picture, but it was nice.

I ordered a Zen basket. It said it had ferns in it. I was planning for them to grow and put it in hanging pots to hang on the birthday girls porch. There was like 1 real small fern in the arrangement with another plant that she can't put in a hanging basket. It looked more like a dish garden then what I saw in the picture. I could of and should of ordered ferns from Home Depot or Lowes and had them picked up. I didn't get a confirmation that the arrangement was delivered until today almost 24 hours later. When she sent me a picture I was really disappointed. I count on ordering online since we are about 300 miles apart. I will not be doing this again from this site.

I was overall really happy with my order and experience. I was a little upset about the delivery time because i paid for expedited shipping and they didnt come on time, but i was easily refunded. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and the recipient loves them. Thank you for a wonderful experience, i will definitely be ordering again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
