The handling fee is SO much! I feel like I'm getting a good price on the flowers, but then that $15 makes it crazy and I end up disappointed. I think the handling fee should just be included in the cost of the flowers on the main page.

Was some what ok with the service. When I had to call to confirm the order, I waited on the phone for 30 minutes before I was able to talk to someone and I was calling long distance. I have had better service from a different florist company.
This is a wonderful company! It completely surpassed my expectations re a same-day delivery! It was a very important delivery which we ordered and the company delivered in less than expected time, and it was wonderful! Thank you so much. I can't say anything better about our experience with this company (which we don't know and had never used before).

I purchased flowers for a cow-workers birthday and had them delivered to her house since she had been out. She posted a picture of the flowers and I was highly disappointed in the way the arrangement looked. The arrangement looked as though no effort was put into arranging the flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
