I upgraded my flowers and received nothing even compared to my order. Not a bow on the vase and not the right amount of flowers. I know the color selection is not in my control, but it was ridiculous! I purchased my flowers two weeks in advance and it looked like a very sloppy rushed arrangement with whatever they had laying around. I have never had a problem before, but this time it put a bad taste in my mouth. I do not know If it was just a fluke but I may not buy flowers from here again if i do not get reimbursed for my upgrades that i did not receive.
Was looking for a cheaper price around 30.00 ended up 52.97, but being able to personalize the baby flowers with the picurte of the new baby was nice
The flowers were for my sister in laws 60 birthday, as they live in an isolated spot I was very disappointed to hear they had not been delivered as she was out at the time. Therefore she collected them the next day. Obviously she didn't receive our gift on her special day. Will stick to inter flora in future

The flowers were beautiful... My wife was happy which is the important thing. They were shipped UPS and although they were on the truck at 7am. I didn't receive them until almost 4pm. I would be wary if you order the flowers in July or August.

The flowers were beautiful and the ease of ordering was wonderful. I feel that the service fees were to high and can be reduced. It just made it difficult when you are on a budget and trying to "perk" someone up that is going through a difficult time that you have to minimize the order because you have to include the service fees. There should be some type of notice in the beginning that displays the fee up-front instead of waiting until the end of the order and then there is the surprise.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
