I paid extra to have it delivered by noon and it was 4 hours late! Then it was mainly chips when it should have been mainly chocolate! I was not real satisfied this time at all. It's just frustrating when you expect one thing and get another!

These were regular roses I could buy at local grocery store. Expected REAL long stem roses.

I am disappointed that I paid an excess for a delivery to be made BEFORE a certain time, in this case 12pm, and the flowers arrived AFTER that time.
In which case, why did I even pay the expedited delivery fee?
Granted, it was only 10 minutes, but by principle this is not the point.
Still, overall, satisfied and will likely shop again but if another delivery is made after the expected time, that will be three times in a row and I will certainly follow it up and take it further.

The delivery was supposed to be this morning. No delivery until 1451 local (2:51p EDT). My wife, Julie, did not receive the flowers until she was about to leave her office for the day. I requested a follow-up via the website and then over an hour later I called customer service. The rep immediately called the local florist and obtained a status update. Your rep was very helpful but the delivering florist was almost 3 hours overdue. Because this delivery was time sensitive and I had to spend approximately 0.5 hours($110 in non-productive time) total attempting to track the delivery down, this was a poor experience.

I paid $70 for a "Lavender Rose" arrangement for my sister in law who is foing through chemotherapy for breast cancer. The photo on the site I ordered the bouquet looked beautiful -- lavender roses, lavender, african lilies. What was actually sent: UGLY, UGLY worse flower arrangement I've seen. Supermarket does a better job. There were exactly 3 roses, a couple of fuscia daisies with bright orange centers and LOTS OF GREEN LEAFY FILLER. This site is a total ripoff.
