Everything was very good
I was very disappointed with my delivery. Flowers were wilted, no bow on the vase and not enough flowers. Won't order from this site again.
This was for my brother in law who is convalescing at home with a knee injury. The whole family was excited and Alvin really liked the arrangement. Perfect for a male!

The product was unattractive. It didn't look premium to me. The roses didn't show as long-stemmed because of all the greenery. There were 2 kinds of greenery packed in the vase. The bi-color euonymous (spelling) made the white roses seem a drab cream color instead of white. White roses do not look white with yellow and green euonymous.
This bouquet didn't show well in the church at eye level. The greenery was the focal point and the roses just something at the top edge. Maybe if the vase had been set on the floor so one could look down on the roses it would have been more attractive. Thank you for your efforts though.
The bouquet that was delivered was small and dull looking compared to the photo. For the price, it was not a good value.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery and as of 7:00 they have not been delivered and no one has contacted me about the order. Also, in the earlier message attached to this I was addressed as "Deborah" my name is Robin

The price for what I paid for with the discount was about what I expected to paid. What I didn't like was the service/delivery fee for $14.99 that wipe out the discount and then some i believe you could do this for $9.95 or $10.95 and still make money on the service and delivery fee. Think in terms of volume, not per order.
I received compliments from Andrew and his wife about the basket. Overall, a B+.
