I was very pleased with my overall experience. They had a better selection for same-day delivery than other sites, and the prices seemed comparable. I was also able to use PayPal, which is always a plus for me.
I did pay to have the flowers delivered before Noon and they did not arrived until approx 12:40 pm. Usually not a problem but employee receiving was leaving early today. Otherwise I do love this site

I have already placed a complaint with customer service over this order. I ordered the PREMIUM flowers and when my mother sent me a "thank you" text with photo attached, they are anything but PREMIUM. It's a little bouquet in a mason jar, as opposed to the premium in a basket I ordered online. This was my first time using this website and so far I won't be using it again. I wanted my mom to feel extra special and since I live across the country from her I depended on FromYouFlowers to make this happen. These flowers are just Meh. I was impressed with the delivery time though! Very prompt.

I felt the size of arrangement was not as big as I thought it was going to be especially for the price. The flowers were beautiful but the overall size was not as expected. In addition, the delivery came later than anticipated. I got the flowers for my wife, who is a teacher in a school for our anniversary. I wanted to surprise and by the time she left, before 4PM, the flowers arrived at 4PM. There was no surprise as I asked her if she got the flowers when she got home.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
