I have ordered from this site/vendor numerous times in the past 3 years and have always received very good service. The flower selections and arrangements have been exceptional. One of the main reasons I shop on line is that it saves me time and there's a tradeoff to paying a little extra (as I can get a better deal going to a local florist directly). This particular time I got a call from customer services saying that there was a problem and the flowers could not be delivered the same day.
They willingly offered to call the recipient and explained what happened and they did upgrade my order to make up for the inconvenience. The flowers were delivered the next day.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
