The product i received did not exactly match the online picture of the basket
I received an email from one of the customers who received their flowers today Clay Ellis, and the flowers are dead! I have not heard from the other clients but hoping they are not dead as well.
The money is not worth the product. I choose the deluxe choice and the arrangement was far from deluxe. I could have purchase the same size arrangement from a grocery store at half the cost. Very dissatisfied.

It was great. The Google search I did was "Birthday gifts for him to send to his job." It gave me this site as a hit and I clicked on it. I saw it was a secure site and a trusted store by Google and I went ahead and purchased the gift basket.

The ordering was fast, quick and easy. I paid for expedite delivery unfortunately it wasn't delivered in that time frame. Customer service did get back with me took off the charge to make it right. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. My mother loved them! I would give a 5 star if not for the delay in delivering.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
