Paid extra for morning delivery, received item in the afternoon. Item did not look as nice and put together as picture on website.

I found it hard to manuver the web site. I had several e-mail offers for different discounts but not sure I really saved anything... I received some confusing/conflicting information about some delivery complications, but it ended up being ok. In the end, my sister was very pleased with her flowers.
I wasn't going to make the purchase because shipping and handling was 14.99, but then they sent me an email and said they would wave the shipping fees. They got my business then.
After I received the order, I was extremely disappointed. The flower arrangement was tiny in comparison to the photo, and the arrangement was horribly crafted. The vase was different and a lot shorter. The tulips looked limp, and there were a ton of small purple "filler" flowers that really detracted from the arrangement. I ordered the tulip rainbow. Well, it only had yellow and purple tulips, no pink and no red or white so there was no rainbow element to it. It looked nothing like the vibrant picture when I ordered it. It was a big let down. Lesson learned, if a deal sounds to good to be true, it probably is. I feel like I got the "free shipping" version of my order.
Reasonable priced flowers
The flowers that I ordered do not look like the flowers that were delivered.
I wanted them delivered on Sunday and they were delivered on Saturday.
That would have been acceptable if they looked like what I ordered.

You should be up front with handling charges. 15 bucks on the back side after filling everything out is a cheap shot..

Order totally unsatisfactory; photo sent from recipient showed an ugly bunch of flowers thrown in a vase and delivered. How disappointing, as they were sympathy flowers for family. They did not even look like the ones I selected, and an upgrade besides.
Flowers were appreciated by receiving person. I did not personally see them as I am not local to recipient. I would have liked to see the additional handling/etc. Charges before the last final check out. Unless there is a way to avoid these charges they should be part of the price of flowers, not hidden until the last moment before the order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
