Easy to navigate site with the added benefit of same day delivery for a nominal charge. The product was just as advertised and appreciate the name branded items in the basket as opposed to some items that are less known.
Well they have not been delivered yet, so I will rate my experience higher if delivery is same day as promised or within 24hrs.

I've only used FYF for six months, but have been very happy with how the flower arrangements have looked. I always ask out-of-state recipients to send me a picture of their arrangement so I can see if it resembles what I ordered, and so far all have. FYF usually has 'percent off' offers, making their flower arrangements very competitive price-wise. The handling charge is pretty high, but I've found that to be the case with just about any flower delivery company. They always try to make it right if there is a problem, and I'll continue to order from them in the foreseeable future.

Arrangement was not as pictured. Different vase type used. There were far fewer flowers than shown on line, but the ones provided were fresh and arranged nicely. The delivery time was great.

SO what my mom received was NOTHING at like the picture. REALLY disappointed! I'm sure everyone says their order was special. Mine was super-special. It would have been my parents 63rd wedding anniversary. My dad passed shortly after their 59th. So every anniversary that comes and goes without him, is hard on my mom. I feel like I was deceived. The old bait and switch. Shown one product and get something different in return. My brother sent me a picture and heart broke. When my mom says: "Oh, their Ok" I know didn't like it.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
