My overall experience was an unhappy one this time. I paid the Expedited Fee to have the flowers delivered on the following day by 12pm. The were not delivered until that evening. I had a delivery receipt emailed to me after 6 pm. I contacted From You Flowers on the phone and via email when the flowers were not delivered by 12pm. I was told that would be contacted once they found out what was happening with my order. I never was contacted. The flowers were delivered to a random person and they were wilted.
So far it has been great if the flowers are delivered on time it will be wonderfull

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
