Your online process can be easier.the information erases if you go back or if you try to make changes such as the date in the review portion and you have to re-enter everything. No option to order more than 1 bouquet - you have to search for the flowers and submit another order instead of being able to change the quantity.
I ordered 4 of the same flower arrangement and only 2 of them were the same. Not pleased because this was going to 4 people in the same company and 3 of them have different arrangements.
I was very happy with the entire process. Being able to provide flowers from our local florists is a huge benefit.

The online website is easy to use, delivery was spot on. When my friend sent me a picture of the flowers, I was surprised that the flowers were not as colorful as the display online. I realize this may have to do with what's available but on the website its advertised it's the best seller,Arranged with fresh flowers including red roses, pink roses, pink lilies and purple wax flowers. There was no purple wax flowers or pink lilies at all in the one that was delivered today to my friend. I think those 2 colors is what attracts you to buy it online. I ordered two Deluxe arrangements for my executive assistants along with Thank you balloons. Was so disappointed and embarrassed when they arrived. Flower arrangements were very small less then 12" high with limited lilies and roses and some wilting flowers. I called the company and was given a discount however now I need to shop for additional gifts due to the poor quality. You only get once chance to make a good first impression and say thank you on Administrative Professional Day. Very disappointed and to top it off noticed one of the balloons is half deflated today and its only 1 day old. Yikes!
