As long as the flowers get there in the next 4 hours as promised, and as I paid extra for! They did NOT get there as promised. I called your company and was told that they were delivered on time. I placed my order at 10:30am and the recipient did not receive them until 7:00PM! The person I spoke with on the phone tried to tell me that they were in a "flower holding room" at the hospital. Our hospital has no such room. ALL flowers are delivered to the main customer service desk and delivered immediately. I called and checked.

I ordered on Monday 4-25 for delivery that day-my delivery was not made that day and I was not contacted at all about it. My sister in law was the person receiving the flowers for her first day at a new job and I asked her about the flowers and she told me she didn't get them-so I called this morning and was told then that they had not been delivered-why I don't know but I do think I should have been contacted yesterday and told there was a problem with the delivery
The flowers are beautiful "Oh Happy Day!". They were delivered just like the picture on the website. I selected the premium and the rose brought out a special touch to the selection. I ordered this on the website at 10:15pm (mtn) and they were delivered before noon the next day. Right on time to share with the office colleagues. Our Admin is enjoying these flowers. This was a great experience, First time I used the site. I put in wrong address called and they corrected it for me with still getting them delivered on time. The florist need clarification on the name and we got that corrected. The flowers were what I ordered and looked better than the picture. Thank you for wonderful service and quality.
Your online process can be easier.the information erases if you go back or if you try to make changes such as the date in the review portion and you have to re-enter everything. No option to order more than 1 bouquet - you have to search for the flowers and submit another order instead of being able to change the quantity.
I ordered 4 of the same flower arrangement and only 2 of them were the same. Not pleased because this was going to 4 people in the same company and 3 of them have different arrangements.
I was very happy with the entire process. Being able to provide flowers from our local florists is a huge benefit.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
