Easy to set everything up and good follow through. I understand that you upsell your flowers with the sizes. But you should have some type of picture that shows what the possibility of it actually looks, instead of a picture that is lacking any type of idea what it would truly look like. Instead of getting a somewhat half bouquet for the price paid. As I said before, I am happy with everything but not the product itself is 100% happy.

I am disappointed with the flowers that were sent. The flowers I thought I was getting was a purple, lavender and yellow arrangement in a coffee mug. What was sent was one yellow carnation, one purple flower, one lavender flower, a huge ribbon with a bunch of green sprigs in a coffee mug. I could have gotten that at Walmart without paying $50.00.
