Quick and no add on prices like so many other sites I tried...
I got these for my mom. I went with the middle grade option, so not the cheapest but not the most expensive. She sent a photo of what she got and I am embarrassed. It looks like someone sat on them...? She said they are deflated, some of the flowers are "WILTED AND BROWN."
This is not what I would have expected and I hope this is not a typical practice for your company. I don't think I will be using this site again.
I sent flowers to friends and family often with different services and this is by far the worst I've seen.
This was the first time ordered from youflowers.com: The person who I had the flowers sent to, she said, "the flowers were beautiful."
Flowers were great, delivered first thing in the morning. VERY happy with how everything turned out.

The online shopping experience was easy to maneuver, and the price was lower than the cost of flowers on the hospital website. My only issue was that it was delivered the afternoon after I ordered. Since I placed my order late in the day, I knew it probably wasn't going to be delivered to the hospital that day; however, I was hoping they would be delivered the next morning. They weren't delivered until the next afternoon.

Everything was great except that I paid extra to ensure that my delivery would be there before 12:00pm Noon. Which my gift wasn't delivered until 2:00pm

I bought the lowest level and it's kinda weenie.
I think that the photos are misleading; even though they state under the photo that the photo of the arrangement being shown is for the highest level (more expensive) arrangement, if they want TRUTH in advertising, they should show an actual arrangement at each price point (which might even boost sales, as people may want to spend more money to get a better level arrangement).
The last order sent lasted a long time - my mom says! That was a good experience to try your company again.
I phoned my mother and asked her to described this Mother's Day gift of a flower arrangement. Unfortunately, some of the flowers were bent over wilted/stems broken on the purple flowers. For this I am disappointed. The flowers were delivered and she did not see a florists name on the card to follow up with. The cost of this gift was $56. Thinking twice about ordering flowers on line ever again.

The roses did not get there before 12 even though i paid extra to have them there before 12.
After that when the roses did get there they did not drop off the Large teddy bear that i paid 25 dollars for!
It is still not there. I am very unhappy with this as a 1st time user of this site i probably will not use again if not corrected.

You leave a large window of time for delivery and this is the 2nd time the delivery was received at the end of the time window. It would be nice to get the deliveries a bit sooner. Also, the price is quite high for what you actually get. I can go to the nearest New Seasons and get a nice set design and finished for much less. I suggest coming down on your prices a bit. That email that says you have a credit is a good sales tactic, and you fooled me, on it. I received another after this purchase, but will not be using it again. My wife loved the roses, but Time and price are a decision maker on whether I ever purchase again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
