Very smooth ordering experience. Thanks for having the lowest handling fee! I am retired military living in Korea and needed to send a birthday gift to my daughter in TN. She works afternoons so I added the 'before noon' expedited delivery add-on. The order was not delivered 'expeditiously' as ordered, but your operators very professionally refunded that extra charge and got with the florist to change the delivery location for me to her workplace. Very satisfied, as was my daughter, at the outcome. Of course she sent me pictures via Facebook! The flowers were beautiful.

I'll keep this short and sweet... what I ordered and what was delivered was two completely different bouquets... they looked absolutely ridiculous and very poorly arranged. I called 3 times and each time waited on hold for 30 minutes, one of the times someone answered but didn't greet as she was actually answering the call, after I heard her typing and not speaking I loudly kept saying hello in hopes she would realize someone was on the line but no such luck she then hung up. Entirely fed up, I sent an email to *******@fromyouflowers.com... I'm giving them 24 hours to refund my money or I'm disputing it with my credit card company!

Flowers were nice, but didn't look as beautiful as the picture. Still a decent product, but just not as nice as I had expected.

As long as I can get reasonable costs for the shipping (these free options are great!) I am happy to return. It bothers me when there is a handling fee and a shipping fee and these other fees here and there. It feels like I am being taken advantage of. I was also disappointed that there was a 'minimum' purchase price for delivery to the area I selected, but that is not a huge deal, just an inconvenience.

When I first started my order the discount was 20%. I left to get my card and it dropped to 15%. I got an email stating that my flowers were delivered yesterday, but they were carried in during the service. The arrangement itself was awful. There were barely any flowers in the arrangement and a lot of green leaves. The flowers that were in the arrangement were hanging out and uneven. I can't believe that was the premium arrangement. That horrible arrangement cost over a $100 and was an embarrassment. I will not use your site again or recommend it to anyone I know. I always order flowers on-line but never again from your site.

Quick easy to order.
Above all, I expected the flowers to be hand delivered in their vase as stated in the description of the Florist Designed Bouquet ("The arrangement will be hand delivered in a glass vase. "). Instead the flowers were delivered by UPS in a box. Your competitors offer similar products on their sites ("1800 Flowers" & "Pro Flowers") for lower overall costs but I paid more because I expected them to be delivered properly. Also, I purchased a "Deluxe" bouquet and the bouquet that was received would qualify more as regular as it was only made of short stem roses with absolutely no fillers or longer stem flowers of any kind. I am extremely disappointed overall.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
