Excellent! I spoke with a customer service rep who was very helpful when the florist had not yet delivered the expedited order to my granddaughter by late afternoon. She was very helpful and solved the problem immediately.
The flowers were beautiful...but by Wednesday, May 4, one of the white roses was completely blown and falling apart. I was also a little upset that it seemed the extra I paid for the higher priced arrangement seems to be used to just add more filler instead of flowers. Unsure about ordering from this company again. I've been very happy with them prior, but the last couple times I've ordered, they've had to replace the arrangement with a new one. I was especially mortified with one arrangement that looked old right away.

Nice flower options, but the fee of 14.99 at the end is really dumb. You should offer your customers great flowers at great prices, and not sneak some 15 dollar fee in at the end. If I had known that, I would have not ordered.
I selected same-day delivery, but the delivery didn't come until the last minute. I would have expected, since I paid the extra 2.99, that it would come soon enough to be enjoyed that day, so I was disappointed with that. Why should I have to pay 4.99 on top of the 2.99 I already pay for same-day delivery that is soon? But the flowers were neat, and it did get there, so I was happy enough.

One word horrible! Flowers are not delivered when they are supposed to be and when you call you get put on hold every time. I will stick with proflowers. This company is a joke and ruined a special occasion!

On TV a saw an ad today for roses for $19 but at your site, the lowest prices roses were $29. Also, I didn't know about the 'handling fee' ($14) for my order.
AMAZING basket! My husband LOVED it, and got SO many compliments and we told EVERYONE where we got it.
I received a delivery confirmation e-mail, with flowers not received. This turned out to be an error, but it took over 30 minutes of phone time on hold, and finally trying a different number to find this out. The arrangement was a little small for the price paid (especially for "upgrading" the arrangement), but the flowers were beautiful and fresh, and my mother loved them.
I will use the service again if the delivery goes well and the flowers are fresh and beautiful!
The photo my daughter sent was of 6 roses stuck in a vase that was too big. I paid for am upgraded arrangement and only got 6 flowers in a too big vase. No greens, no filler, no arrangement, just 6 flowers flopping in a vase. I will not order from you again.
Flowers received where not a premium bouquet, highly disappointed. Will not purchase from again, nor recommend.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
