Took a while but finally decided on the arrangement. This is second time using FYF.com. Last time was good only.
My friend received her flowers and sent me a picture. I was disappointed by the size of the arrangement. I paid for a deluxe bouquet and the size she received look like a regular. Her bouquet size did not match the photo on the website deluxe version. The flowers was healthy and look nice. I am now hesitant to do another order if what I paid for is not what they will received.

I sent the rainbow rose flowers to my sister in law who just had surgery. I did not know her favorite color so I figured this was the best choice. She said that they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen!
They have a good service, just its sad to say "Very Bad Customer Service!" I have bought 3 times from this service, paid the fee to be delivered early before 12pm and still orders get there late. Called customer service got explained they don't control the shipping, "Then why to offer it! If you cant do nothing about it!" Also not even a common courtesy call, you know hey we see you order wasn't on time, just to let you we apologize, nothing! NO, you have to call them. I'ts ridiculous the only good thing is the product
I did not realize the higher handling and service charge until the very end. I was fine with paying it, I just wished I would have known much sooner in the process. Also, some of the flowers had not bloomed which made a few arrangements look less full but still happy overall.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
