Don't waste your time liking at the pictures of the flowers to choose from. What I ordered and what was received was not even close. Wanted, ordered and paid for a pink arrangement. She got a red rose, a few white lilies and lots of greenery.

We sent a co-worker in Colorado a plant with fresh flowers due to her father passing away. We are located in Pennsylvania and she resides in Colorado. As it is always a concern whether the arrangement will meet our expectations, we were relieved to receive a phone call from her regarding how please she was with the basket and how the fresh flowers where a nice addition to the plant. It was like getting the best of both worlds, which is what I like about this selection.

Flowers were beautiful
I ordered these flowers for my wife for mother's day. I am in the military so I am not able to be home for my wife's first mother's day. I wanted to do something special and after shopping around I felt that the bouquet I picked from your website was the best one, with an arrangement that my wife would enjoy. She was blown away and completely undone with the arrangement. I am a little curious to see how long the life of the flowers will last due to the fact that the buds were already open when she received them. She sent me pictures and the arrangement looks a lot like what I saw on the website. I will say it was a little misleading when I went to order the bouquet that was shown in the picture at the price it stated, but then I had three options to choose from and the one in the picture was actually more expensive than the price it had originally listed. Overall I am pleased with my purchase, even though after shipping and all it was more than I expected to pay, but everything is more expensive nowadays so I understand why the price was the way it was. I did like the option of the delivery date. Thank you for making it easy for me to get my wife flowers on this special occasion. I will most likely be gone for next mother's day as well, so I am assuming I will be using this website in the future. Thank you again.

Didn't know about shipping handling fee till the end of transaction. Kinda high. I am not pleased at all with the flowers that was delivered to my wife on her birthday. When she opened the box, the flowers were not fresh at all. Some of the flowers had already started to wilt. Some had brown edges as well. I will not purchase any more flowers from your company. I will not recommend your company to any of my friends. I have learned my lesson of buying flowers online instead of buying local from a local florist.
My wife sent me pictures of the flowers so that I could see for myself how bad they are. If someone from your company would like for me to send you the pictures, I will be more than happy to send them to prove how bad the flowers are.

HIGH HANDLING FEE? Paid extra to be delivered on MAY 4TH...WASNT DELIVERED UNTIL MAY 5TH...I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF THE EXTRA I HAD PAID FOR SAME DAY SERVICE!

This order took me two days and four trys to get done, and No free balloon as advertised! Disappointing, to say the least!
The web site needs some work to make it more user friendly. It jumps around way, way too much, then, asks the same questions already answered on a previous page. Next, if you're patient, and keep trying to place an order, it starts back at the beginning... And... advertised free things or discounts usually get lost in the shuffle between renditions of the adverts. Just when you think you're done, you're back at the sign-in page, and all previously entered information is gone.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
