I don't understand how this business is still a business! So many terrible reviews on terrible service yet they're still running!?
I ordered a total of 4 dozen roses a variety of colors and received 1 dozen with 1 color. Not what I asked for & sure as heck not what I paid for! Can we file a police report? This is theft! Stealing people's money and not refunding any money at all! Especially when the order was completely different and WRONG! I have my receipt and I have pictures of what was sent to my mother and mother in law! I would say the worst experience everrrrr! I hope the good Lord gives y'all what y'all deserve!
An update to my 5/7/16 review - these people will not talk to me. My mother received her $70 "flowering" plant a day late and it looked like a twig stuck in some dirt. My bank is helping me dispute the charges. Ruined my Mother's Day present to my mom this year.
I usually don't write reviews and I typically have my go to flower company that I use; but this time I decide; hey look at these prices for the same flowers; I figured why not. Well their prices were relatively decent and in some instances cheaper... until you check out and you're hit with fees and high shipping cost.
I ordered roses and calla lilies. They arrived on time (i scheduled to have them arrive Wed before mothers day and before my wife traveled). When i took them out of the package; they looked dull and not as vibrant as they were pictured on the site. I arranged them as advised on the box i. E. cut the stems diagonally under running water, warm water in vase with flower food etc... Today is Saturday and TWO of the calla lilies (the most expensive of the flowers I bought) are DEAD! As in wilted and brown. The roses in the same vase for now are fine but the rest of the calla lilies aren't far behind. Now I have bought flowers for years; so this isn't the case of not knowing how to care for them.
From Wed (May 4) night to Sat morning; these flowers haven't even made it to Monther's day (May 8).
I just happen to be still on the phone waiting on customer service to pickup... it's been 56 MINS and counting. Unbelievable! If this is any indication of how they value my business; I'll just go elsewhere. They have managed to leave a bitter taste in my mouth and from reading others reviews; I'm not alone.
In short, ordered flowers for anniversary to be delivered 5/5/16, paid extra for premium flowers and guarantee delivery, to make sure deliver done, NOT received, tracked order and verified not received, have understanding love one, great for me, I though furious, want refund.
Come next day 5/6/16, guy comes with wrong flowers / totally incorrect order. Top if off had wrong name and order

Yesterday morning I ordered same-day delivery for the "Cuddle Up and Get Well" arrangement for my 3 year old goddaughter who just got out of the hospital. Of course I wanted it to be a nice surprise for her and her mom, but when I asked at night if they received it she said they hadn't. I called customer service who said the florist was unavailable (which is understandable, it was the evening) however then came back and said the delivery person left a tag on the door. Mind you, they were home all day long and never received the arrangement or a tag on the door. They live in a house so it shouldn't have been difficult for them to receive. I called AGAIN, and spoke to a gentleman who I will say was very nice and respectful, and he said he would make sure the flowers were delivered today.
The flowers were delivered this afternoon, but were missing the "Get Well Soon" balloon. I feel upset that I paid 60 dollars for same day delivery and an arrangement that wasn't even fulfilled. I really wish I would have read the reviews on the BBB website before I ordered from this company. They refunded me for the balloon and same day delivery as well as sent me a gift certificate but that can go down the toilet.
I ordered $70 worth of gorgeous lilies for my mother, paid extra to get them to her early to make sure they would all bloom before Mother's Day... They sent her a dozen tie-dyed roses instead. And they only refunded me 50%... what does that change? Nothing... sorry mom, I tried. Don't use this company.
Ordered 2 seperate arrangements of flowers for Mother's Day. 1 for mom, 1 for my sister. Neither arrangement looked anything like the pictures of what I ordered. Neither vase looked like what I paid for. The flowers they sent looked like some pathetic, junky thing you would get from the dollar store. My sisters order arrived over a day late, after I sent them 3 ugly emails telling them it was late. Customer service claims they will contact you back within 1 hour if you send them an email. I sent emails over 24 hours ago and still haven't recieved a reply. And these flowers were not cheep either. I have used proflowers and teleflora many times in the past and had awsome service every time and the flowers and vases were exactly as advertised. I will never use this junky company again.

FromYouFlowers did not use the local florist, like they had in the past. They came in a box instead of an arrangement. No one came to Mom's door when delivered. The neighbor had to call my Mother to let her know about box being on her front porch over in the corner. Resulted in wilty roses... not perky as usual in the past. The vase did not have my picture on it, just a flat piece of paper. Bottom line = not happy with the flowers this time. Happy Mother's Day. Thank you.
I tried to get my money back and every time I called it said do to high caller volume we can't accept your call I don't agree with this buisiness they screw you and when they say it will be there from 9am - 6pm don't believe them I spent 55.00 and trying to get my money back
You can clearly choose different promotional offers (half off roses, random amount of credit, free shipping, 15% off, etc)... can you make it easier to change the chosen promotional code on the checkout? I have to keep opening new, private windows with the discount offer URL in order to change the default discount.
Other than that, your service is easy to use, and seems very competitive with similar services. I had six bouquets delivered in Upstate New York, New York City and in Denver, Colorado earlier this week and they all arrived on time and to the surprised delight of the recipients. Thank you for your work, this is a great tool to use.
The only problem I had was not aware of the handling fee up front. Saw it when I checked out. Otherwise the flowers were beautiful and arrived on time.

The overall experience was good. I would have liked more info about my order, as in number of flowers I was purchasing.No need to follow up with me. The order is for my daughter, and I'm sure she'll let me know if there were any problems. Big problem! She didn't get the flowers I ordered, she got a poor imitation. The Rep I spoke with supposedly refunded the $$ I paid. However, no credit has appeared on my credit card account as yet.
The flowers arrived in a timely fashion. BUT, they look nothing like what I ordered. Not even close.

I ordered flowers for my soon to be daughter in law after my son proposed. I placed a $60 order, which included an extra fee for same day delivery. I received a call asking me to call back regarding the order. When I called back, I waited 40 minutes to speak to a customer service rep. The rep, who was unpleasant from the start, stated they would not be able to deliver the flowers today, they couldn't deliver until 4-5 days from now due to the Mother's Day holiday. I actually understood and wasn't upset with the delayed delivery. I then told him how displeased I was with the 40 minute wait. His response was that he couldn't control that florists were busy on the holiday, but he hadn't listened because that wasn't my concern. He stated that it wasn't their fault the wait was so long, they work with people across the country and have very high volume. At this point, I decided to cut my losses and I asked for refund. His impolite,unprofessional conduct will ensure I will NEVER order from this site again.
Ordering was easy, the flowers were delivered as promised and the flowers were exactly as depicted on the web site. My expectations were exceeded.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
